- As a Business development manager, you will be responsible for sales development and building relationships with potential new clients in the Information Technology (IT) sector.
- You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, identifying sales opportunities, and negotiating business terms.
- You will develop effective action plans and sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
- Your role includes monitoring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- You will explain the benefits and technical features to clients, providing them with accurate and relevant information to make informed decisions.
