Your responsibilities would include developing project plans to meet client needs, coordinating plan execution with internal teams, monitoring and analyzing results to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability, and representing your company in the digital marketing industry to identify new business opportunities. In addition, you would be responsible for analyzing and developing the existing client portfolio, proposing upselling to meet their needs, and participating in regular meetings with internal teams to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing field. You would also need to be an excellent communicator to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and to rally internal teams to ensure the quality of developments, adherence to timelines and budgets.
