Description
As a Key Account Manager, your main tasks will be to:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients of the company, understanding their specific needs in urban mobility.
- Act as the preferred point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to efficiently coordinate project implementation and contract management.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, anticipating market trends and proposing innovations to enhance their mobility infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for developing key accounts and create action plans to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Job offer
