Job requirements
- Fluent language skills in Dutch, English, French, and German
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a technical or lighting-related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
