Description
For this role, my client is looking for someone who will focus on leading the team of Business Development Managers. As a BDR Team Lead, you will work with a young and driven team within a sales driven organization. Your team is located over 2-3 different locations, so you should be comfortable with regular travel between offices in both Ghent and Antwerp. You also aim to be together as a team on one location for at least once a week. Your main focus will be to lead the team by example and share your direct hands-on knowledge regarding business development and generating outbound opportunities within a B2B market.You will do all this within a very dynamic and modern environment. This due to the product being a SAAS solution to help companies to educate and help develop the skills of their employees.
